Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or commissioned pieces (unless defective or not as specified)
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

Steps for Return

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Receive return instructions and authorization number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include the return authorization number with your shipment
5. Ship the item to the provided return address

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Commission Work

Custom commissioned pieces are subject to separate terms outlined in the commission agreement. Returns of commissioned work are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to different terms.

International Returns

International returns may be subject to additional shipping costs and customs fees. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes associated with returns.
